I started watching with an expectation it will be like the Master's sun. I'll live and breath off of this drama for the next few months. A lot of people seem to want a season two with Kim Soo Hyun and if it is made, I would definitely watch it. She made a big error many years ago and, because of this, she has been stuck at Hotel del Luna. This series aired on tvN, a cable channel/pay TV which normally has a relatively smaller audience compared to free-to-air TV/public broadcasters (Original Soundtrack (Parts 1–13 + Special soundtrack) He deserves it! And he terribly crushed everyone's hearts with his sad ending.

Lastly, hotel blue moon is not to hint for season 2 but more of explaining to viewers that its true there will be new owner and some hot guy who drinks whiskey instead of champage, just to let viewer knows that moon hotel will always be there to guide souls (because some might ask like, if HDL close, where do the ghosts go?)

I shows sacrifice, compromising, love and the art of letting go of things that we love but cant seem to bear.. Please change. MW and CM cannot go back to how they were before, since all of the incidents in the past have changed MW a lot.

I felt that Yuna ask for that many, it represents telling him thank you for guiding her, and hopefully with that much flowers, it will guide him back to her, and leave all his worries (unlike other ghosts, he settled his sole resentment but his still have unfinished business even after settling his resentment which is yuna because they fell inlove while being ghosts)The Scholar Who Walks at Night

They worked well together; and they really brought their characters forward. Its staff and clients are all souls/ghosts coming to terms with unfinished business in their former lives before they pass on to the afterlife and cycle of reincarnation ; the staff in particular have been there for decades and even centuries as they have not settled their grud… She is beautiful, but she is fickle, suspicious and greedy. About the chemistry, I don't know since I never shipped them in the first place. I get that she forgives him, but at least make it more dramatic since she's been waiting for thousand years.
We don't know the owner(Kim Soo Hyun) would be a bitter and "evil" person like Man Weol or a cool funny guy. I'm so excited for the last two episodes.On a different note I am loving yoo-na's story line from being a high schooler, intern, mini detective and a ghost inhabiting the shell of the girl who cause her so much pain. I saw him for a few minutes so I naturally am not emotionally connected to him and can't get into a big, long emotional goodbye. Other people seem to like it.

?Can’t find any fault with this drama except hoping it will be voted drama of the year with IU as best actress!I initially shipped Man Woel with Chung Myung (he's so cute!) I will miss not only Man Weol and Chan Seong but also all of the people who worked for Hotel Del Luna!!

Top tier dramas of 2019 indeed! Originally, I wondered about the casting; and to be honest, it prevented me from even considering to watch this series. He is a great actor but he looks quite young to play as Goo Chan Sung. A supernatural place, the hotel is not visible in its true form during the daytime as humans can only come across the hotel under special circumstances such as an invitation or lunar eclipse.

For example the seol ji wan story, I though he's supposed to be the villain but ended just defeated like that. Gonna miss all the actor especially beautiful IU.there's chemistry in ui and jingoo's characters but i think it's leaning towards platonic for me. I do think its unfair for her. Coming from the same writer as Master's sun, I hope they put the same thrill as the ghost stories from the drama, but I realised this story is more about man weol herself. However, this is where i felt it started to felt draggy a little bit. Nestled deep in the heart of Seoul’s thriving downtown sits a curious hotel, the like of which no one has ever seen before.

I love that . (Just to insert) When will be the season 2 of Scarlet Heart Ryeo? The musical scores and the rhythm of the sound tracks captured the audiences for sure. And props to the rookie Lee Do Hyun!
