Yuck. Rereading it as an adult, I can appreciate it a lot more fully. While I will continue the series and hope many things will become more obvious i the further installments, I was left feeling not quite satisfied with this story.

I have read this book 3 times and just love it. I don’t know how anyone can mistakenly giveaway 379 copies when it was only supposed to be 1 copy seems pretty shady to me. She was assisted by a vision of a woman who appeared to be Hera.

Without spoilers, by the time I was reading the fourth book, I was so disgusted with the main character that I found her unlikable. Because of all this, I’m giving it 1 star. With the fall of the ancient Labyrinth, evil is unleashed on the Greek world and civilization quickly crumbles. I can already tell it has nothing to do with Jacqueline Carey’s exquisite and rich world.Very mixed feelings so far with Hades’ daughter. I'm surprised by how much I enjoyed this one.
